Burlesquercise fitness & Burlesque Dance classes at Salsa Latina Dance Centre, Christchurch New Zealand. Have loads of fun in our light hearted, hilarious class, in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Burlesquercise - Tuesdays 5pm - Studio#1
Burlesquercise - Thursdays 5:30pm - Studio#2

Burlesquercise Fitness Classes

This workout will really target your legs & butt! Each class is 1 hour long - Please arrive 10mins before class to fill in registration, process payment and get ready for some bumps & grinds!

Burlesque Dance Classes

We also offer Burlesque classes, this is more focused on the dancing rather than fitness.
Various courses for beginners to the more advanced including

- Fan Dance

What to Wear?

Please wear something comfortable and suitable for booty shaking and pelvis thrusting! Anything goes - Leggings, pole shorts (hot pants), track pants, tee-shirt, singlet etc. If you want to rock the cheaky undies and fishnets that is also totally fine! As long as your comfortable.

Low heels / dance heels / jazz dance shoes or bare feet (no stilettos)

Be ready to take layers off as you warm up!

What to Bring?

- Bring water / towel / yoga mat

- You can hire a yoga mat for $1 per class if required
